Born in Italy, Chef Donato owned two restaurants, Donato’s Ristorante in Kahala and Donato’s Restaurant in Manoa, and was Executive Chef at Sarento’s in Hawaii after beginning his culinary career in New York.
Fashioned after the concept of an Italian Enoteca we offer a diverse menu of small plates designed to share, featuring the freshest local ingredients. We offer 21 wines by the glass stored in our specially designed cruvinet system that holds magnums, with a certified sommelier on hand to guide you through the choices. We have an extensive beer menu featuring small batch handcrafted - highly rated beers. We offer daily wine flights and beer flights. Jazz music every Friday evening at 9pm.
