Praise for Kapalua
I don't think you have done justice to Kapalua Resort on Maui. The Kapalua Villas golf package is by far the most inclusive and reasonably priced value anywhere. Car, condo and unlimited golf in the "low" season (5 rounds per week high season). The 3 courses are very, very different golf experiences from each other with the only thing in common being wonderful scenery and the trade winds. Please do mention this resort more often and favorably when it comes to golf packages in Hawaii. . .or anywhere for that matter.
