Brian Mogg Performance Center of Hawaii opens at Hawaii Prince Golf Club on Oahu
The new Brian Mogg Performance Center of Hawaii, located at Hawaii Prince Golf Club in Ewa Beach, will help golfers of all skill levels and ages locally, nationally, and internationally to improve their game. Poipu Bay Golf Course is back. The renowned former home of the PGA Grand Slam of Golf reopened in December after the nine-month transition of its greens to Paspalum Supreme turfgrass, an eco-friendly, tropical variety. The putting surfaces play fast, and other areas of the golf course are soon to follow in the paspalum transition, Mike Bailey writes.

Makai Golf Club at the St. Regis Princeville Resort on Kauai's North Shore has reopened for play after a multi-million dollar renovation. Robert Trent Jones Jr., who originally designed Makai, also oversaw the renovation. The project included the reconfiguration of greens complexes, reshaping of the bunkers, cart-path work and upgrading the practice facility.
